Product delivery and Return policy
Shipping
All products are sent to the delivery address specified on the order. Shipments are made by postal mail with tracking number (colissimo service) or by express service for professionals. Products will usually be delivered within 3 days in France and within 5 days for neighboring countries after payment reception and validation.

If the product packaging is opened, torn or altered in any way, customers have to inspect the products thoroughly and check their operation. If they appear broken or if you have any doubts, refuse the delivery and detail the reasons on the delivery document. If for some reasons you are not present at delivery and the products have been damaged you have 3 days to notify the carrier by express letter. Please note that JSA-TEC Sarl can not be held responsible for any damage occurred during transportation.

In case part of the order or the complete order is not received within the specified time, please notify JSA-TEC Sarl as soon as possible. Indeed, all inquiry made after 6 months from the date of departure from our factory will be considered null and void.

Purchase cancellation and return items
According to the French Consumer Code (Articles L.121-16 and following) customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days after receiving the product, if not satisfied with it. They can ask for a product exchange or a full refund, but in both cases the return shipping cost will be at their expenses.

In case of purchase cancellation, JSA-TEC Sarl has 30 days to refund the money paid at the order. But the product has to be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging, all accessories and technical documentations. If not, customers lose their right of purchase cancellation and JSA-TEC Sarl will send the product back at the customer’s expenses. In order to guarantee product tracking all return items will be sent by premium postal mail with tracking number (colissimo service) or express service. JSA-TEC Sarl will not be held responsible for return items never received and for which customers have no tracking numbers.
